101 is the last true dive bar! The final frontier of bar hopping. Of course it’s rough around the edges but that’s the character I seek! It’s welcoming once you’re comfortable there, the drinks are abundant and strong. The vibe are always so incredibly positive and strong. This was my regular bar during my four-week stay in Bushwick. It was an easy walk from my apartment, and it had awesome music, a nice vibe, and $5 Bud. What's not to love?
101 Wilson is definitely small but interesting! Although the woman with dark hair and bangs that bartends here is beyond rude. She’s weirdly smiley and very cringey with some customers (men) and completely rude to others. Came here with my girls to see a friend of ours that was DJing here and she unprovoked rolled her eyes at us multiple times, not giving us the same courtesy as the men sitting at the bar. Weird, unprofessional and embarrassing for her. Not an energy you’d expect in Brooklyn smh
