We really enjoyed our time here @ brunch. Our waiter was fun & the place is beautiful. The Super Coffee is a boozy delight: Jameson, Baileys, Gran Marnier, Ice, Classic Coffee Cup. Breakfast burrito is solid & will get again; add bacon or chorizo. The Mortadella, Egg, & Gruyere Sandwich is also tasty, & different enough from a regular BEC to be worth your time. We also really enjoyed the Roasted Squash Salad - the maple tahini dressing + cranberries are sweeter than you'd expect Wednesdays are
Great location. The interior is very cute, plus there is outdoor seating. Friendly service. We were. It hungry, so we only ordered 1 appetizer - Calamari, plus 1 beer and 1 tea. The beer and the tea were fine. The Calamari was a culinary failure, though. A bunch of very skinny rings were very salty and were spiced in such a fashion that were unable to eat them. $18 wasted. In retrospect, we should have ordered something else, but it was our first time there. We have A LOT of points of comparison
Favorite spot in Greenpoint. The best no-frills burger in the city. Possibly the best hot dog anywhere. The focaccia always slaps. The cocktails never miss. The churros are so good they should be illegal. And to top it off, the staff has always been so friendly. Phenomenal service every time.
