Marvelous milkshake! The Banana milkshake, creamy rich and buttery smooth. It tasted like Banana Pudding, the southern sweet treat. This was my first visit to Five Guys. I didn't try the food but, if it's even half as good as this milkshake....Boy Oh Boy...!!
These two employees are completely ignoring me and refusing to respond to anything I say. I tried several times to place an order and addressed them politely, but they just stand there in silence and refuse to acknowledge me. Manager, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior from your staff. Please take action immediately. If this happens again, I will start recording video as proof and will publicly show how customers are being treated here.
Great five guys location. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a strawberry milkshake but they were out of strawberry. Manager gave me a free vanilla shake for the inconvenience. I appreciated that. Plenty of parking in a big plaza.
