RUN...don't walk to Saperavi UWS! It was our first time eating Georgian food and it certainly won't be our last. What an absolute feast we had here! We had the eggplant rolls as a cold starter dish - excellent flavours and well-presented. I think this may be one of my favorite spots in the city. Tastes nostalgic and tastes like even better versions of the dishes I grew up with! Ask your server what they recommend and then do whatever they say - then the next time you come back start branching out. The entire menu, as far as I have tasted, is incredible.
