Salswee Bakery is a lovely little bakery that’s well worth stopping by if you’re exploring New York City. The shop is clean, cozy, and filled with an inviting aroma of freshly baked pastries. Love the space in here, so clean and the food displays are nice. Seating on the right and you walk down looking at all the food. You just have to remember what you want when you get to the cashier because there’s so many options. It was really hard to decide what to get because there were so many great looking pastries. I opted for a small coconut bun and the matcha croissant. The coconut bun was really plain and not too sweet so it was nice but not amazing. The matcha croissant was delicious. T
SALSWEE was absolutely amazing! Just look at the photos and videos - I'm telling you, it completely lives up to the hype of how everything looks. The hot chocolate was so tasty, and you can just tell that so much effort goes into making it. I actually saw the barista’s face when he couldn't get the latte art leaf exactly right, so I know these guys truly care about the craft and the tiny details.
