While the food was delicious and the hookah and drinks were superb, the staff's lack of smiles and apparent unhappiness left us with a less-than-positive impression. My friends and I had anticipated a more lively atmosphere, and their somber demeanor made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. I'm uncertain whether I'll return.
Yesterday I was there and run into this very rude and disrespectful bartender by the name of BETH, She was very annoying with a loud voice and don't know how to speak. I was sitting next to 3 different people and they even complained me about her. If you planning to stop at 718 grill and Beth is there, you just had a bad day
I cannot complain about one thing. First of all , I came here on a Friday afternoon with my sister Janet. We ordered happy hour drinks and hookah. The music, the service & the scenery is all a vibe. Our waiter was super attentive, friendly & nice. For my first time being there , my experience was great. I will definitely be back!
