I drove 45 minutes from bushwick to come get a plate! I got there at opening so there was no wait. The service was nice & welcoming. They took down my number to call me back when the food was ready & the wait was less than 10 minutes. I’ve ate this plate from various places but I would say this is my favorite now. I have been dining here for approximately two years and have consistently had a great experience. While the prices are on the higher side, the portions have typically been generous, often leaving me with leftovers. However, during my last three visits, I noticed that the portion sizes have been noticeably smaller than usual. This is somewhat concerning, especially given that each plate is priced at $18.
I traveled from out of state to try this steak and fries spot after seeing it all over social media, so I was really excited to finally visit.
