I’ve been wanting to try Waakye for the longest time via instagram. This captured exactly how I thought it would taste like. I got mine with goat meat, beef skin and fish. The beef skin was tender and delicious, the fish and the goat were a bit of a chew but they were good in flavor. The rice and beans were fluffy. The sauce that came with it, talk about flavor. Love when I eat something and EVERYTHING is seasoned well and perfectly made. And look at this presentation! Not only was it so good,
This is my first time having Ghanaian food and first time trying this restaurant food. It is very delicious. I am vegan and I requested food with no fish meat eggs or dairy. I ordered jollof rice and plantains and they made it perfect for me and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you! It really means a lot when the restaurant staff can take an order correctly! I will order again!😊
The food was very delicious and fresh. The grilled fish was well seasoned and tasty, and the banku was soft and perfect. I really enjoyed the flavor and presentation. Definitely coming back again!
