I fly out of JFK minimum 10 times a month. Hello sky Lounge is one of the coziest lounges in terminal four. The staff members are friendly. The facility is clean. The food has flavor and most important. The Wi-Fi and the electrical ports work. They’re very accommodating whether you wanna watch sports or news or get information on terminal four. The manager Jessica is very polite. Antonio is a gentleman this Lounge is in good hands
This lounge was ok, decent seating options. The food options were ok but not great. The biggest downfalls were the lack of windows and there were no private bathrooms in the lounge, you had to exit out and use the bathrooms by the McDonald's. Probably not worth the admission fee. I did get a pass with my credit card, but I wouldnt have paid for access. On the bright side there was a staff member, I didn't catch his name, but he was great! And I loved the cold cans of soda!
This lounge is nothing to brag about. I stopped in for a quick breakfast and found the menu options merely decent. Compared to others I’ve visited, this ranks the lowest. Unbelievably, they have no restrooms. It’s fine if you have Priority Pass or a membership, but it is definitely not worth the out-of-pocket cost.
