I ordered a cake through Uber Eats for my birthday the cake was sooooo delicious but unfortunately it came destroyed. I ate it anyways. I know this was the uber delivery person’s fault and not the store but worth to note for future orders. I will definitely be ordering cakes from here again. This was an authentic Dominican cake so moist and good. I was very happy with it despite how it arrived.
The experience i have is that the Dominican tasty in the flavor of the cake is gone the texture is perfect very spongy but that good tasty Dominican taste is gone maybe they change the chef I haven't been there for about 2 years now is not enough people taking orders and sometimes they get attitudes cause at the same time they are busy taking order . I got some empanadas and it was old wasn't like fresh made I can tell when is fresh made even if is reheated still warm and fresh I got old empana
Delicious cakes, but the customer service is very disappointing. The staff make you feel like you are bothering them when placing an order, and they often seem annoyed to assist customers. The first time I visited, I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but after visiting your bakery three different times, the experience has been exactly the same each time.
