I really like the food and the prices are very affordable which is great. But the way the business is run is absolutely horrible. We always order for delivery since we aren't close. Delivery takes well over an hour to 2 hours, which means they have one person doing it. The phone is answered in such an unprofessional way. You have to constantly repeat yourself. Disastrous service have we ever seen. Very bad customer service (staff with little or no education). Disorganized kitchen and late deliveries. Prices not in accordance with quality.
