Spanish restaurant in Fidi with a smallish dining room and a room with a bigger table in the back. The venue itself is definitely an older building, but they added a lot of character to it with the decor. Very lively/popular on a Tuesday evening. Meant to be ate family style — order many small dishes and split them. They specialize in Basque Spanish food. I’m not a fan of Spanish cuisine but the food here was quite delicious — my favorites were the grilled mushrooms with yolk and the egg omelet
Everything about Bar Oliver is amazing. The food is consistently excellent, well prepared, and full of flavor, with great attention to quality and detail. A winner. Was looking for a contemporary alternative to the many Asian options in the area and was pleased to find Oliver. Food was well prepared, well presented and service attentive, relevant, timely and not rushed. Atmosphere was vibrant and relaxed. Portions not overwhelming. Prices according to quality and care.
