Stopped by Bark Barbecue at Time Out Market in DUMBO for an episode of Jaguar’s Guide TV, and this one was a little mixed for me. The setup is a food hall, so it’s not a traditional sit-down restaurant experience. You order at the counter, grab your food, and find seating in the communal space. I appreciate the Dominican treats and how they marry with traditional American bbq.
