absolutely disgusting customer service I placed an order upon arrival. The black girl at the register told me my order was already picked up by DoorDash when I didn't even order thru DoorDash I ordered through the app then she told me I would have to re-order that my money is lost then she threatened to not make my order and kicked me out the store. I will never return to this location and I will be reporting you guys to the Better Business Bureau.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Baya Bar. My order was never made, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told it had been picked up by DoorDash when it clearly was not, my receipt showed it was for pick up and she instantly threatened to call the cops. Clearly she didn’t want to do her job. Girl was disrespectful when she was speaking with boyfriend I would never go here again or recommend this location to anyone.
I had the Pacific Beach acai bowl which was a very generous portion and pretty tasty. The service was quick and accurate and the ambiance inside the store was very nice. It tasted good overall but fruits were slightly unflavored and I believe that is due to it being the winter season and some of the fruits are out of season but still highly recommend and will come back and try out many of their other great selections.
