How they have more the a 1 star is beyond me. I ordered 3 cheeseburger deluxe and large half pepperoni half Margherita pie, $63.50. The burger tastes like an abundance of sofrito, which i hate and the kids couldn't finish bc of the taste, the pie has old tomatoes and was burnt along with the inedible garlic knots that are dark and hard and made with cheap oil not olive oil. This is one of my favorite pizza joint, New York Slice at its finest, the pizza is large with a fluffy crust, and yummy beyond belief, closely resembles to the TNMT pizza lol. But honestly the pizza is the perfect thickness, great sauce and cheese, and great crust. I live in Manhattan, but I come up here for work and always eat here for lunch. I am not exaggerating, this is one of my favorite pizza's I have ever had. Bar Stool's Dave Portnoy needs to try this.
Good local pizza spot in the Bronx. Service was quick and the pizza tasted good, nothing fancy but solid flavor with basic ingredients. Not the best pizza out there, but for the price and location it definitely does the job. I’d come back when I want something fast and easy.
