My experience with Beverly Hills Manor was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The entire staff was so understanding, accommodating, helpful and respectful. I found this space 2 weeks before my daughters sweet 16 and they did everything they could to make this such a memorable occasion. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a birthday party, retirement, baby shower or even a wedding. They were a true blessing throughout the entire process.
Unfortunately my experience was not a great one last night ...the venue was from 8pm- 1am ....the appetizer a small salad did not come out to table 19 until many complained on why we were not getting served ...so at around 12 midnight this is what came out in the pictures ....I had higher expectations of this catering hall but was disappointed because they failed meeting our expectations of customer service , quality and value for the $150 p/person ticket .
