I had a very bad experience with this place. The customer service was poor, and the food was completely unacceptable. My dumplings were burned, and I found a hair in my food, which is extremely unsanitary. The fried rice tasted strange, and the vegetables also had a bad, old flavor. Everything tasted like leftovers—old rice and reheated vegetables. This is the second time I’ve ordered from here, hoping it would be better, but it was actually worse. They've never gotten my order wrong, I've never felt they're rude or disrespectful. The food is the best chinese takeout I've had in the city. I regularly drive 30 mins there and back just to get my food from here over other chinese places.
This place is my go to when it comes to Chinese food, and trust me, I know about the Chinese! The prices are very fair and reasonable, and the food always comes out hot and fast. The Chicken Lo Mein and Beef Chow Fun are classics that should not be missed. Truly a gem in the community.
