I make my lattes at home so I am considerate of where I purchase lattes while traveling. I saw Blank Street and worried it would taste like normal chain coffee. I didn’t know what to get so I asked the barista and she recommended the cookie butter latte. It did not taste like artificial syrups and was pretty good. I’m glad I stopped here. It was also a quick trip. In and out within 5 minutes.
It was my very first time trying blank street and I’m so glad I chose to try it. The barista Justin was amazing and chill, as he was taking my order he was making some recommendations on the menu and I ended up taking the Iced lemon loaf matcha. Justin made my drink and all I can say is that matcha is probably the best matcha I have ever had thanks to him. Will definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience at Blank Street thanks to Justin. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He made the whole visit feel welcoming and easy, and even took the time to make sure my order was just right. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer experience like that. Definitely the superior blank street out of all of them.
