I love the staff that work there because they are always super sweet and pay attention to details when I have special requests. Ava was the barista when I visited and she was extremely efficient and welcoming during my visit and made an exceptional drink for me. Definitely will be back soon.
The coffee itself was good, but the service unfortunately took away from the experience. The staff came across as quite unwelcoming and a bit intimidating, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable. I understand how demanding service roles can be, but a more approachable and courteous interaction would make a big difference. I found myself wanting to leave quickly and wouldn’t return because of the service.
Baristas are amazing and so kind and fast to make drinks. Highly recommend. Jules one of the baristas I see the most often always creates a wonderful energy for the shop
