Was looking for a quick bite in Bushwick and ended up at Blue Collar Burger, which turned out to be a solid and satisfying choice. My boyfriend and I ordered the cheeseburger, and it delivered exactly what you want from a classic neighborhood burger. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, topped with melted American cheese and layered with crisp lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions. Everything came together nicely on a soft potato bun, and the house golden sauce added a rich, slightly tangy fini
I’ve had food from this spot since before the pandemic must be over a dozen times, never been to the location only ordered through delivery. It’s always good, every time. They really know how to do burgers, hotdogs, fries, shakes, buffalo wings, etc. Everything is good here, you can’t go wrong. I’m literally eating it right now 🤣 thank you Blue collar 🙏🏻 I hope they always stay in business.
Always my fav burger place to go to in bushwich. It’s just damn good. A little place to sit but not too comfortable. Get food to go. Staff is chill and kind.
