ATAYEF Appetizer - lamb shank with steamed sweet pancake wraps and pickled root vegetables and hummus & schug. ONE OF THE BEST DISHES I HAVE EVER EATEN. Lamb was tender and falling off the bone. Dry aged cowboy steak for two - 45oz, sliced and served with Steak fries and garlic spinach. Perfectly cooked.
