Hair on my bagels. I bought about a dozen from Bricktown Bagel & Cafe, got home, took a bite, and immediately felt hairs in my mouth. After checking the rest, I found several bagels with visible hairs on them (looked like rat or cat hair). Absolutely disgusting and a serious hygiene issue. I threw everything out.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Bricktown Bagel Cafe. I ordered the “healthy plate,” and the avocado that came with it was black and rock hard—clearly not fresh. If you don’t have good-quality avocado, it shouldn’t be offered at all. The home fries were extremely dry, and unfortunately that matched the level of customer service, which felt just as cold. I expected much better quality and care.
I love the food here but I just picked up a take out order of 4 different salads. The total was a lot more than I had expected when I priced it on my phone. When I got home I discovered that they charged much more per pound than the price listed in the online menu. Egg salad listed as $6.99 per pound. Charged $10.99. If the online menu is outdated then they should fix it. But at the moment I feel cheated b
