Cute spot to have in the neighborhood! Love the black tea and their fruit tea flavors. I like that they have cheese foam, wish they had pudding/custard too (my favorite topping). Cake slices are surprisingly tasty. Price is inexpensive. The pearls are pretty good, better than the average spot I would say.
