Staying in NY for work and found this place. I'm from South Carolina and I have to say this place is one of the best restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere was great. Food was incredible! You can get a long Island ice tea with an omelet! Wild! I wish this place was next door to my house. And the service? Friendly, warming, and inviting. Absolutely beyond my expectations.11/10. Come here anytime for a great experience.
Sat outside it was perfect shady and breezy. Clean place. Bathroom is in the basement basically and could have used a little attention. Food was good but the salmon still had the skin on and I couldn’t eat it(personal preference) it was huge though!
Went for breakfast. Had two eggs with Canadian bacon. Food was ok. The potatoes were not cooked to my liking. I like mine well cooked with a bit of crust. Theirs is soft and not crusty. Looks like they have a lot of regulars and they are treated well. As a new customer, the server forgot my order. So I was left staring at my glass of ice water for about 25 mins before someone came and checked on me. It's kind of weird as the man in dress shirt (the owner, I presume) was standing right in
