This happened today, Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:30 PM. The employee was rude. I tried to speak to him, but he just shut the door. I needed to pick up an order that was already prepared and sitting right there on the counter, yet he refused to hand it over. When I tried to explain the situation, he slammed the door in my face and walked away without offering any explanation. I hope not all the staff are as unprofessional and rude as the person I dealt with.
First time going to the Bartow Avenue location. Kinda busy with online orders according the order screen. Employees are nice and friendly and polite. My wings were on point hot and fresh. Only problem was teenagers that day. Very disrespectful for there ages.
This place is new but the service is exceptional under Jessie leadership. He was efficiently friendly accommodating thorough and overall provided the highest standard of customer service and care. I would definitely come again based on service received and was truly impressed!
