Gave me uncooked fried pickles and they skimmed on the fries
Food was fine and staff is friendly — I could see the team working hard back there, but it took a VERY LONG TIME to get my order. I ordered two 6 pc boneless wings at 5:34PM and didn’t get my meal in my hand until 6:28PM, and that was after I told the manager that I couldn’t wait any longer. For me, that’s way too long of a wait for a TO GO location. Luckily for me it was a Sunday and I didn’t need to be anywhere in a hurry. This location did open recently, so hopefully they’ll figure out how to
Had an issue with my order. However, they had exceptional customer service and help rectify the situation. Left happy. As always tge wings are great!
