Customer service could be much better. Not just for certain customers but all customers should atleast be greeted and felt like they are welcomed regardless of race, culture or religion. We all use the Same Green Money and the same type of Amex, Discover, Mastercard Or Visa. The town young skinny girls are probably the youngest and nicest if they are working together or alone on a slow day. The most recent visit tho showed me a bit different about how all 5 employees upfront represent Buono.
First picture what I asked for, second picture what I got.. if you’re looking for a neat trending cake this is not the place. Not a bad bakery just not what I was expecting for a cake.
I bought a strawberry shortcake from here and there was mold on the strawberry. Had to drive to PA with the cake and didn’t notice till opened in front of everybody. When I go back they refused a refund even though I have picture proof of the mold on the cake. Was embarrassing to bring a cake to an event with MOLD on it. I go in person to get refund with pictures and they only offered me $5 credit for a cake that was above $25. Horrible service when they could have gotten someone sick.
