This Burger King SUCKS when you place an online order. Either picking it up or using a delivery service. I worked at the mall right next to it and used to order food and try to pick it up before my shift. Its a 10min wait at the drive through after placing my order 20 min before. RIGHT NOW I placed an order with Uber Eats and my driver just waited 15min. The only place this happens. McDonalds has it ready. Popeyes has it ready. Wendy's has it ready. Chipotle has it ready. What an unbelievably unprofessional experience save yourself the trouble and don’t come to this. Disgusting Burger King establishment. They messed up my order an Uber eats two times with missing orders and mixed up orders And I had to pay full price for my order and plus uber To have it delivered to me and it wasn’t cheap. Since Uber wouldn’t give me my money back for the missing items because this is The second time this has happened, which is their fault because they have horrible workers that
Firstly, they forgot some of our food and were rude about it. No apology, I was ignored, they told me to get back in the long drive thru line. Whatever. But secondly, I got so sick from eating this bull that I was puking ALL DAY yesterday and absolutely miserable. I love Burger King, I use to work at another location and it’s always been my fav fast food. But we’re never coming back to this one. 👎🏼
