If i could give negative stats I would. The staff is very rude and dismissive whenever asked a question or take with doing something. Service is always slow even with the store empty. Literally saw a worker drop a tray of pies on the floor and proceed to put up front for sale.
I order food Friday(6/12)night's visit was extremely disappointing. The restaurant seemed completely overwhelmed, with employees struggling to keep up while the manager loudly shouted instructions and criticisms in front of customers. I waited over half an hour for my food, and several customers appeared upset and impatient due to the delays. A more organized and professional management approach would greatly improve the experience for everyone.
Rarely write reviews but, this was an awful experience by an extremely rude drive-thru worker tonight. I ordered a Chicken sandwich meal with & with a side of onion rings. Seems pretty simple until I opened my sandwich & saw onion rings in the actual sandwich. Didn't think was hard to fix & didn't warrant the lady working there to yelling at the top of her lungs. As she returned with my food I guess she felt great about giving me burnt fries & stale onion rings as retaliation!! This place shou
