Why can’t you guys ever get anything right? Always missing a sauce, a drink, a fry, or like today A WHOLE MEAL. We are talking about the most BASIC level of service here which is getting the RIGHT food in the BAG. Fire your staff and start over. This location is a disgrace to foodservice.
Best whopper I,ve ever had. It was delicious. Best burger king in queens. They seem to care alot about quality. It shows the food was awesome. Homerun for this burger King.
We love Burger King but we were disappointed with their customer service at this location. Their staff was rude, reluctant and lack of training. We would like to use gift cards as part of payment and they didn’t know how to operate on their POS which I think it’s really basic. Moreover, we ordered a whopper combo and they filled up the drink we didn’t want without asking. (We are totally fine to fill up ourselves.)
