The drive thru crew were rude and lacked patience with my family. When we arrived, we asked her to give us a moment because we had to look at the menu. After we order a lemonade, we ordered more food. She couldn't hear us and told us to go to the first window. She only charged us for the lemonade and refused to take the remainder of our order because she couldn't hear us. I asked to speak with the manager, and she closed the window at my face. Management needs more hands on when busy. I get it you have to do your daily but when is busy and you only have one person making/prepping that can actually be overwhelming for just one. Always check on your partners (employees) along at checking every station. I was there for 40mins waiting for my food calmly (not their fault) Manager just needs to time they self when getting their Management duties and daily check list on time so when situations like this happens it actually DOESNT. Thank You
Service was good, the food was NOT GOOD. Dry and cold. $40 in. Also restroom was disguising. Burger King FELL OFF
