I wish I could give zero stars. Here’s what happened when I ordered from Bushwick Taco: 1. I ordered three quesadillas delivered to my school/job I was hungry and excited. 2. When I opened the first quesadilla…there it was: a small, shiny earring nestled in my food. 🤢 3. I immediately called Bushwick Taco. I was told “a manager will get back to you.” Spoiler: nobody ever did. 4. Uber Eats eventually issued a full refund (thankfully), but that doesn’t erase the fact that I almost swallowed jewe
I ordered (3) of the buy one get one free chicken tacos for $5. Instead of honoring the promotion that is displayed - I was told Uber makes the rules but they don’t have to honor it. The restaurant doesn’t give two tacos for $5. The promotion don’t mean I get a free taco (even with it printed in RED) they said I should get a $5 discount . Like what!!! Don’t be fooled by this place promos clearly don’t honor them .
The service here sucks!!!! I waited 40 minutes for four tacos and was told that my food was given to someone else. Five orders after me, two trips to the counter and all I got was I made a mistake. This was my go to spot but this time the lady at the counter (not new here) was slow, annoyed and disengaged with being at work. Wow!!! My order just came back by a different patron who did not get what she ordered. Lesson of the day: Pay attention!
