Seeing my specially themed cake (Chocolate Chocolate Cake, consisting of Chocolate Cake, chocolate pudding, chocolate frosting), was a pleasant surprise. With my background in herbology, I think ByClio Bakery did a commendable job. This is a lovely little spot with seating for maybe 10 people. The iced latte I got was fine. My butterscotch bar didn’t taste at all of butterscotch; it was more of a Blondie with nothing on or in it. I love how adventurous the flavors are here — coconut rose, orange sage olive oil — but my one example lacked the flavor it promised.
Clio created both my daughter’s 1 month and 1st birthday cakes, and each one was absolutely stunning. I shared a few inspiration photos and a general vision with Clio and her team, and they brought it to life even more beautifully than I could have imagined. Not only were the cakes visually incredible, but they were also delicious, with a wide range of unique flavors. I can't wait for her team to make her next birthday cake as well :)
