Casual eatery serving up Venezuelan comfort food including arepas, tequenos, and yaroa.
From Google Maps reviews.
I purchase food very frequently here because I enjoy it. I believe the employee, Maritza, needs further training in customer service. I went to pick up an order I personally placed and she was rather derisive as well as did not offer the friendliest service. I won’t be supporting this business again.
I ordered a pork yaroa. When I arrived back to work to eat my lunch the yaroa only had cheese. I called to let them know and all they said was for me to take the cup sauces and pour it in my food. The customer service was horrible. It would of be better if they were more empathetic as per it was their mistake
I had the Chicken Patacon and a chinola. It was good kind of small, spent like $10.00 pretty reasonable. Wish it had more meat but other than that it was good. I think this place is better than the other Patacon spot in the bronx. I recommend it but ask for extra meat....
