Tonight I ordered a pork cachapa, a yoyo (a type of fried plantain dish), and a portion of fries. The bag the order came in was soaked in oil, and I didn't understand why until I saw the box of fries overflowing with oil—it was incredibly unpleasant. It looked like they had practically just taken them out of the fryer and put them straight into the box. Very clean inside. The art on the walls are nice and colorful. I ordered the area with chicken, and it comes with (if you want) lettuce tomatoes green sauce (wish is light and so good. You’ve got to try it! Whether you’re craving something sweet or salty, this is the place to go. Their cachapas with carne (meat) are so good. For my Latin ladies who love plátano maduro (sweet plantain), go get the Yoyo with cheese and/or meat (see picture). So delicious! And the sauces? They’re phenomenal and go with everything.
