IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I paid $26.12 for a chile relleno and a large Hibiscus (Jamaica) drink. I received this packaged and trusted it was well packed. I am unable to open and eat this because it is soaked in liquid. I haven't manipulated or moved this bag aside from carrying it by the handle and laying it flat on the floor of my cab. Great authentic Mexican cuisine. Been a customer for many years and have not had a bad meal ever. New management at the New Dorp location, but kitchen staff is the same making the food unchanged.
Extremely disgusted with the upper management!! This restaurant used to be a gem on the map and it rapidly went down the drain. Upper management started to cut back on a lot of costs. Food from here is no longer fresh, some of the ingredients are spoiled but still served. And worst of all, many of the staff members have expressed feeling unsafe in this establishment.
