Hip local coffeehouse chain serving house-roasted specialty brews in a relaxed setting.

I value the overall experience of visiting a coffee shop, and this location does not disappoint. Situated within the stunning Grand Central Terminal, it's a perfect spot to observe the bustle of the station while standing in line or sitting at the countertop. It checks many boxes for a good coffee shop; coffee is good, while it may not fully satisfy a strict coffee gourmandise.
"I used to pass by Grand Central every day without stopping, until a YouTube video convinced me to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did! I ordered a Flat White and it was exactly what I needed: bold, full-bodied ☕, and the perfect way to start the day. If you're looking for a high-quality coffee in the station, this is the spot!"
Cafe Grumpy is my favorite spot to order up a basic cup of coffee, whether to enjoy at the counter and watch the commuters whiz by or to walk across Lex and enjoy it in the pocket park on the north side of 43rd. The staff is always friendly, serving up a perfect brew. Stay away from those over-hyped chains and enjoy the best!
