🍋 Taylor’s Tayke: Cafe Ornithology is one of those spots where the experience goes beyond just the food. It’s an intimate, all-vegan jazz club that really leans into atmosphere and community. The space is split into two areas, a larger room where you dine and a smaller, more intimate performance space that really pulls you into the music. That smaller room especially creates a close, immersive vibe that makes the night feel personal. 🍋 My Tipsy Tayke: Both the Rezabal Rosé and Millet Chardonn
A trusted friend recommended we come listen to a session. I am so happy we did. We didn't opt to eat, but instead I had a pot of chai (which was delicious). The ambiance was very mellow and perfect for a cozy evening of jazz while it's snowing heavily outside. The Sacha Perry quartet that performed was excellent too. I'll definitely return the next time I want to hear some live jazz.
Had a lovely experience enjoying the early bird show here after enjoying a light dinner around the corner at the restaurant location. Lovely performance and ambience/interior and the man at the door was so sweet and amicable 😊
