This place is an understated and tucked away gem in Astoria. It’s my new go to French cafe thanks to one of my friends who is a local as well. I really enjoyed the warm service of the husband and wife duo. I felt like I was transported back into France and haven’t felt like that since I last visited the country 6 years ago. I loved the escargot, French onion soup (the best I’ve had) and the Chicken Cordon Bleu. The dessert was this light lemon and sugar crepe - it was made with perfection. You c
Really good. Tiny restaurant, a bit of a hole in the wall. My wife and I walked past it many times and decided to give it a try given the high reviews. It did not disappoint. French toast was very very fluffy and flavorful. Wife’s eggs with smoked salmon was equally as good. We are definitely coming back.
Nice spot for brunch in our neighborhood. French toast was so soft and yummy. Loved the Eggs Florentine and don’t mind going back there for it. ** A warning here that Mimosa is $10 with brunch the following ones are $15 we were misunderstood when the server kept on asking if we wanted another mimosas - ended up having 4 mimosa and only the first one was $10 😅
