I recently visited Caffe Panna located in 16 Norman Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11222. Greenpoint BK with my family of three during a casual stroll, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I ordered pick up online and got their “most liked” flavors “Cookies N Panna” and “Aud’s Dream”. Both tasted way too sweet for my liking and I could barely eat much from either pint of ice cream in the end because of the high sugar levels. Maybe their other flavors are better when you do walk up and wait in the long line? All I know is that the two flavors I got today were very underwhelming and really makes me wonder why there’s so much hype around this place. I do not think I will be back and
I had been wanting to try Caffè Panna’s soft serve for weeks and it was awesome. The line looked really long but I stood in it for less than 10 minutes before getting to the front to order. I got the Sicilian Pistachio Soft Serve. Loved that it was drizzled with olive oil for extra flavor!
