The shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious, and the nachos were phenomenal as well. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great spot for Mexican food in Greenpoint ☺️
We had the fried chicken burrito, shrimp taco, barbacoa taco and the salsa and nachos. The food was flavored to perfection and the portion sizes were great. We also tried the churros for dessert and they were equally as amazing. Not too sweet and went perfectly with the Nutella dip. Also, 10/10 service, the servers were super attentive and so welcoming!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!🩷🩷
Calexico is convenient, consistent and has become a go to for my friends and I. The food is quick and tasty, the staff is always so nice, and the portion size for the price is incredible. We love the queso dip, chips and salsa, burritos and burrito bowls. They also have a great brunch deal where you get 2 for 1 drink specials! We each got an entree, 2 brunch drinks, and 2 apps - split the bill evenly between 6 of us and the bill came out to around $32pp (pre tip) Love this place!
