Dirty vestibule. Higher atm fee for non customers than the closest store with an atm. Feels totally unsafe because the doors doesn't close completely behind you and have to keep looking to see if someone if coming in behind you while making a withdrawal transaction. Updated 4/4/22 the condition WORSENED since my initial review. The lobby reeked of urine and it's a makeshift homeless bedroom after regular business hours. See attached photos. I freaking love Capital One Café on Fordham Road. They are so amazing. Customer Service is so on point with all employees they greet you at the door. You just can’t ask for a better crew Capital One Café. Please keep it up. Love you guys.
