It can be quiet at times depending on the day/time, but it also gets lit in the evenings. They have a great happy hour, amazing cocktails, and exceptional service. Roxanne in particular (and so many other bartenders, too) are so good at what they do. The vibes are there.
really cool 70’s themed bar, unlike any other bar i’ve been to! i went on a saturday night with some friends so it was extremely packed, but there are some pool tables and a conversation pit which is awesome! drinks were fairly expensive, but i feel like that’s to be expected in new york.
This review breaks my heart to even write. This is our neighborhood bar, and we have often had a good time here. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The security staff was very unprofessional. My husband had not consumed any drinks before arriving, yet security took one look at him and immediately stated that he was “too drunk” and refused him entry.
