Been a while since I had the best tasting pistachio ice cream . Still the best tasting pistachio around. 5 stars on taste. Employees were courteous. Plenty of parking. Dropped a star because of price. Quart of ice cream cost almost 18 bucks. Thankyou.....
I have to say that customer service has gone downhill here. I ordered a cup of ice cream with sprinkles and a lid. First of all they are really skimping on sprinkles (which I believe you are paying extra for). He placed the cup on the counter without a lid. When I asked for the lid (politely- for the second time) he just placed it on the counter next to the cup and walked away. I put my tip back in my wallet at that point as I guess putting the lid on the cup was just too much work for him.
The person who worked tonight was so rude and nasty i diddnt even get my ice cream. I have never had a bad experience at this location before which is why i drove a extra couple of minutes to come here. The rude man stood with his hands crossed watching us pick ice cream out the ice boxes and told us there he wasnt selling any ice cream out the machines at 9:20. Then stood at the door waiting for us to walk out. So unpleasant wont come here again.
