I came to Carvel to buy an ice cream cake, and it was absolutely delicious. The cake was fresh, perfectly made, and everyone loved it. We even customized it with a photo and it came out great. Sabrina was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The store was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Sabrina was super sweet and made my ice cream perfectly. I asked for extra sprinkles & she made sure to put sprinkles between the layers of ice cream and on top. In an era where good customer service feels like a the thing of the past, it was refreshing to be greeted with a smile, treated with kindness and given great service!
Every time I come to Carvel I am always pleased with my experience. The workers are always so polite and patient. Sabrina was very helpful. Her customer service is great and she explained any questions we had in regards to what we wanted in detail. Thanks to her, we had a great experience and will be there again.
