The only carvel in Queens that has a cookie monster option and it is the BEST. I am an ice cream feign. So i will drive for some ice cream and most definitely when my friends come into town I take them to this specific carvel (if they've never had carvel ice cream before) because I can ensure they will like it. The staff at this location is the best they are efficient, kind, and usually younger too which is so refreshing. Keep it up and please never get rid of the cookie monster !
Believe every negative review you read on this location. The customer service is despicable. DO NOT ORDER CUSTOM CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION! They first messed up my sons in January 2025. So bad that I had to return hours later and allow them time to fix it. Same thing occurred May 2026 only this time the cake instructions were as clear as day and yet still the cake was messed up. I received a disgusting attitude from the representative and was told I cannot get a refund for the cake that they
I can’t say enough great things about this Carvel location! From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, patient, and happy to help. They created the perfect Elmo cake for my son’s 4th birthday — it was adorable, detailed, and tasted incredible! My son’s face lit up when he saw it, and the cake was the highlight of the day.
