We visited this place for breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. The portion sizes were generous considering the price. We got two BLTs with cheese and added turkey. The bagels here are freshly baked daily and have a warm, soft interior with a delightful crisp exterior. Every bite was packed. As for the food, I’ve dined here a few times and never had any disappointing experiences. They
Too sweet!!! Tastes like cake to me. $2.00 a plain bagel?!!!! C’mon!!! I’ve seen these prices charged on Madison Avenue. Place has some of the best bagels in Brooklyn but service is almost always lacking. Missing ingredients on simple sandwiches, if you add bacon or something to a bagel they skimp on the cream cheese, and if they say fresh bagels will be ready in “10 minutes” they really mean half an hour. I’ve been coming here consistently for years and there’s always something.
