Absolutely amazing experience at Charlott Patisserie Pastry Shop in Brooklyn! From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh pastries and rich coffee hits you in the best possible way. Every dessert looks like a piece of art — perfectly baked, beautifully presented, and incredibly delicious. The cakes are soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet, which makes them dangerously addictive. Their coffee is just as impressive: smooth, aromatic, and made with real care. Charlotte Patisserie is an amazing shop, cannot say enough good things about them! I called for a last minute double chocolate mousse for Easter and they made it happen for me and put these nice Easter decorations on. The double chocolate cake was incredibly well done and is delicious!!!
3.5+ Came in for some quick sweets and a cake. Everything looked visually wonderful. I took my order to go and tried the small red velvet cake. I tasted the “freezer burn/refrigerator” after. It was also a bit dried. I was afraid the cake would have a similar taste but luckily it tasted fine. So a bit of hit or miss. I might return again, but would hope they taste fresher next time.
