Don't see myself ever coming back here. I've been fortunate enough to have been to many chic fil a across the state and even the country. This new location was one of the worst food experiences I have in any fast food. The fries looked dry even crusty. The chicken sandwich was volcanic level hot! I ordered a cookie through the app to be ready since i had to take the LIRR train. When i arrived, i was told they did not have the cookie ready and if i wanted a brownie instead. Which is fine but if your cookie is not ready then it should not be available on the app to order. They took so long to give me my order that i missed my 6:57am LIRR train. I even mentioned that my train is arriving can i please get my order. Why offer me a brownie as a replacement if it was not even ready? And wait
