last friday i went to this chick fil a in bay plaza and it was my first time going to a chick fil a. the atmosphere and look of the store was great but the store was very busy and packed. regardless my food came out in less than 2 minutes. Luis was very courteous asking if i needed anything else with my order and said hope to see you again soon with a big smile. I will definitely be coming back. Matthew was also great, before i even sat down he made sure my table was clean and asked if i needed
I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Dante! He provided excellent customer service from start to finish friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s always refreshing to be helped by someone who clearly cares about their job and the customers. Dante definitely made my visit better, and I’ll be coming back again because of service like that!
